Our service promises a worry-free path to your dream event, carefully shaping every detail of your vision.
Our coordination & design service blends expert event management with exquisite styling, ensuring your event is both beautifully designed and flawlessly executed.
- Free 1 hour initial consultation to build your party plan and cover all requirements.
- 3 hours of phone call consultations: Phone calls must be scheduled by appointment only in 30 minute slots.
- E-mail support leading up to your event: Drop your planner an e-mail at any time and will be sure to have a response within 24-48 hours.
- Party planning checklist: We will be doing all of the planning however, we still require information from you such as guest names and contact details, your desired theme, what kind of decor is desired, etc. Our team will send you a checklist of things for YOU to complete so that we can do the rest!
- Invitations and RSVP handling: Don’t worry about your invites being sent out on time or reminding your guests that your party is coming up! We will handle that. We will need your help on choosing your invites and all the information on how you want to send them out. E-invites or printed.
- Party to-do list: Your party to-do list is everything you'll need to think about from start to finish but the great thing about this is, your party planner will manage this for you in a scheduled format and keep you prompted on anything you may have forgotten.
- Budgeting: Your planner will discuss your party budget with you in your first meeting and advise the best options to bring your party to life, whilst fitting within your budget. Your planner will tell you if your budget is realistic for your requirements.
- Venue finding (2 venues): Your planner at Verigin Creations will provide details of 2 venues that suit your requirements and budget for your party. If you already have a venue in mind then that is great! We can get in contact with your desired venue and get the ball rolling. Your planner will be the main point of contact for venue. There is no need for you to worry about having to communicate with your party venue about anything, we want to keep everything as simple as possible for you.
- Decor finding: Tell us the theme you would like at your party and we will do our best to find you what you are looking for in your budget. Your deposit is for decor. The day of your event, we will do full set up and break down.
- Caterer finding: Tell us what food you’d like at your party and we will find 4 different caterers that best suit your requirements for you to choose from. (This should include a bakery if a cake is needed.)
